Here’s what nobody told you about how to grow influence and be a blessing to others

I like to consider growth and influence through the lens of a third party who benefits from them. Someone said to me, ‘ I decided not to give up when I saw your efforts at doing better ‘. Today, that person is the better for it.

What becomes of those that surround us — not the 20% of them — that would be a failure mark — but the 80% — that would be a counterargument to what the world measures? But this Earth is dynamic, and it changes by daylight, which means so are the yardsticks.
