Do not accept the current situation as normal.

Never doubt the power of a few thoughtful, motivated people to make a difference. As Margaret Mead said, it’s the only thing that ever has.

It's the truth!

Existentialism and functionalism are two truths about the human race. It’s because how much we reject the norm determines how much it matters.

Until the Wright brothers chose to do things the other way around, everyone was getting along just fine on horses and long-distance trains.

Up until Frederick Douglass decided to look things in the eye, the entire slave world was doing just great as long as the slaves could still get food and drink to quench their hunger.

Everyone in Montgomery, Alabama, was getting along nicely, even if they had to follow laws that were unfair to them until Claudette Colvin and Rosa Parks refused to give up their seats.

In the absence of action, the world will continue to be what it is, good or evil.
You never know what will happen if you try something new. When you do anything, at the very least, you have a chance of altering the narrative.
