The terrible times occur in equal measure as the good times. But, just as we should welcome the good times, we should also prepare to deal with the stress of the bad times.

‘Quitting is excellent,’ a mentor once remarked, but only before you start anything or at the absolute end of something when there is no other option.

But you should never quit in the dip.

The dip signifies a period when what you’re doing or yourself is being tested the greatest. That time comes with a new weight and a lot of inquiry, yet it never requires anything.

The reality is that it is during the downturn that we can truly determine who you are and how serious you are about what you are doing.

The fascinating aspect is that during the drop, you build up a lot of energy for your future actions. Every large corporation or individual had their own low points, but they did not give up and that is why they are where they are now.

So don’t give up. Na who give up, fuck up!
