Get the right tools, to get the workdone

Jordan Peterson frequently emphasizes the importance of learning to think and write.

And, as simple as the two action words appear, less than 1% of the world’s population actually uses their ability to accomplish any of the above, let alone both.

Being able to think entails knowing what to do, why you should do it, and taking action if necessary. Everyone would rather stay in the safe zone of how the other man did it.

Writing, on the other hand, is regarded by a great number of people as pain rather than the extraordinary thing that it is.

However, in order to write well, one must be able to think deeply, and most people do not want to go through this strain.

Today’s captains of industry are a select few who think and write.
