Intentionality still changes the game

The true reality of things is that every human is wired to follow a routine and much more wired to save themselves.

So anything that poses a threat, some level of risk, or doesn't seem like the way to stay safe, they fight it.

But being innovative is not being safe . In reality, it's farther from being safe. You risk a lot, you put a lot on the line and you stand a huge chance of losing all. That’s not safe. But that's the only way forward for the entire human race.

If you then understand such psychologies, you would understand why it will be hard to find people to support your ideas that tend to change the norm and it would be much clearer to you that not getting the needed support or encouragement does not validate or invalidate your developments.
