Africa is in a time when we must thrive through individualistic grouping and a decentralized innovation system.

As a group, let’s agree that African leaders don’t have the continent’s long-term growth in mind because they have a lot of different ideas and personal goals in mind. Yet, this group of people is able to thrive because of my idea of individualistic grouping.

Our learning, growth, and glow in Africa are very important at this point. Because you need to educate yourself, owing to the fact that our education systems aren’t working right now.
Because you need to make something for yourself. The government has no provision.

You need electricity in your house. 24 hours, 7 days a week? Solar power walls should be put up.

That’s what Africa needs to grow right now. You have to learn how to grow because everyone is going through something or the other. Why do you have to keep coming up with new ideas and build them on a decentralized system of operation? Africa doesn't seem to work well on a centralized system.

It’s important to learn how to stand alone and stand well in order to move forward in Africa. We need to keep coming up with new ways to get smarter than the systems that would hold us back.
