Africa has never had the opportunity to compete on a level playing field against other countries in the globe as it has now.
I overheard someone remark that Africa’s creativity in the global economy will best be demonstrated through software at such a time.
In terms of military comforts, we cannot match with the United States. We also cannot defeat Korea in nuclear warfare. We also can’t outpace China in manufacturing, at least not yet.
But when it comes to software development, we can outperform them all.
Software applications have never been as accessible as they are now in the twenty-first century.
We can quickly study and exchange any computer program with a broader audience.
The ball is now in Africa’s court; may the finest software triumph!
