The fatherhood of advancement must be defined clearly.

We ain’t advancing because we are not inventing and creating new things.

It's harder to manage a copycat product than an original.

Even if Benjamin Franklin did not completely invent electricity, his experiments are important. And how many of us today use his Bifocal spectacles around the world? It will appear that over half of the world’s population will be unable to see clearly without it.

Because we aren’t innovating and developing new things, we aren’t evolving.
Advancement is defined in the creation of newer things, and the reason for this is that it requires the solving of a new problem and the development of a new solution to truly see newer bounds and horizons set.

Instead, we’re stagnated and stuck because we’re in the business of making knockoff products. I made one, a friend made one for 1.1, and another friend made one for 1.11. That never advances anyone; rather, it confines everyone.

There are many times to learn to be a manager, but only a few times to learn to be an inventor and an active executor, and we need the latter more than the former!
