We are where we should be.
America is 244 years old today. The United Kingdom is almost 6000 years old. Germany has been modern for 149 years. Nigeria has only been governed by a sovereign government for 61 years. In a race, you don’t expect a youngster to beat a mature adult.
It took the United States some years to find its bearings. They lived through the Great Depression. Under industrialists, they experienced the worst years in their lives.
Great Britain must be governed by a sovereign government, which must consider and make decisions based on every step and lesson learned. They were never truly enslaved for years.
Most other third-world countries are in the same boat.
However, the bulk of the African continent is in a different situation. We face enormous problems and have been subjected to years of enslavement, which we are only now beginning to recover from. It’s a major calamity!
We have a virtually little history prior to our years of enslavement.
If you are an African entrepreneur, you are part of the first generation of African entrepreneurs. So we’re not at the wrong place. We are where we should be, and we will only improve as we continue to go forward.
We will not be late to the table of grandeur when we finally arrive.
